ALCHEMY INSTITUTE OF HYPNOSIS REFUND POLICY FOR PROGRAMS, EMPOWERMENTS, WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
1. PROGRAMS
Refund is available when withdrawal notice is received more than 72 hours before the start of the event and before any electronic workbooks or handouts are sent. The non-refundable portion is $250.
The amount of the refund does not include payment processing fees or textbooks purchased separately.
Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the student via post office mail, or during a live telephone conversation. (Not by voicemail, email or text.)
In the event of a withdrawal after the 72 hour deadline, the amount of the original payment can be applied towards tuition cost of a future program within one year, for an administrative fee of only $150. The returning student would also be required to pay any cost increases that occur in the interim.
Refunds cannot be provided for the non-attendance of classes.
2. EMPOWERMENT RETREATS, MT SHASTA INTENSIVE
Due to the expensive preparation involved, refund is available only when written intent to withdraw (via post office mail) is received at least one week prior to the first day of the event. The amount of the refund will be reduced by any payment processing costs plus a $150 administrative fee.
Refund payments are issued within 45 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
3. WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES

David Quigley offers no guarantee of results for his work. If after one session the process doesn't seem productive, any further costs beyond the one session fee ($250) will be refunded at that time, less any processing fees incurred. Beyond the first session (if it is successful), no refunds are available. If a session or retreat is cancelled with a 24 hour notice a full refund is available.
Less than 24 hours: Extenuating circumstances will be considered. Otherwise no refund is available.
SAMPLE REFUND SCENARIOS:
1. If a Retreat Package of 4 sessions at $950 is booked and then cancelled after one session with 24 hours notice before the second session, refund is: $950.00 less $250 less processing fee of $42 = $658 refund.
2. If a Retreat Package of 4 sessions at $950 is booked and 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given before the 2nd session, the refund is: None on the second session because insufficient notice was given. Refund calculation would be: $950.00 less $500 = $400, less processing fee of $42 = $408 refund.
3. If a retreat Package of 4 sessions and cancelled after the second session, no refund is provided.
