HEALING KARMIC TRANSGRESSIONS
Visions Of Terrible Things Done To Others
Many people investigating Past Life Regression have seen horrific and often unsolicited visions of terrible things they have done to others and they have seen how these visions are the cause of their present life problems. Alchemical Hypnosis addresses this very effectively using the Overt Acts Process (OAP), a system that addresses a host of problems including chronic and life-threatening illness, chronic relationship problems, or patterns of repeating financial disaster.
Overt Acts Process is effective for example when we see a consistent pattern of bad luck that has followed the client, in most cases for years. Many of us experience patterns of bad luck in certain areas of life such as money, relationships, career. If a client asks the question, “Why does this always happen to me?” then OAP could give them the answer…and stop the pattern as well.

How The Overt Acts Process Works
The hypnosis client is initially asked to go “to a memory where you did something long ago that is the cause of this pattern.” Then we examine the overt acts being committed by the past life perpetrator. In one case for example, a client who came for a session because he was continually being lied to and betrayed by his choice of lovers, discovered a past life where he himself was a seducer and betrayer of women in Paris. This client’s story became especially credible when he explained that he had met two women in his present life that astonishingly still remembered his seduction, knew that it was in Paris, and had not forgiven him!
The second step is to convince the perpetrator to apologize to the victims, express genuine remorse and ask for their forgiveness. Sometimes this is easy but at other times it can be more difficult, especially if the Past Life Personality is very attached to their behavior. A number of methods can be used to solicit repentance from these individuals including an angry confrontation with the client’s present self. Sometime the client will describe great suffering endured during many lifetimes due to this overt act, and in many cases this testimony is enough to solicit forgiveness. Sincere repentance must be expressed to the victims before the process can be completed.
The next step is for this overt actor to listen carefully to their victims and determine whether the forgiveness is genuine. Sometimes the perpetrator sheds genuine tears of remorse, or explains the suffering endured during many lifetimes caused by their acts. In many cases this testimony is enough to solicit forgiveness but many times it isn’t. A client may need to ask the victims of their crime, or their own higher self, to give the client some real acts of atonement to complete in present time that will mitigate their karmic debt.

The Importance Of Atonement
If the client receives the instructions for atonement, they must be followed. Overt acts cannot be cleared in all cases without actually making amends, either directly to those we have hurt or to others in the world. On the other hand, it is far better to perform works of kindness with a repentant heart than it is to suffer victimization over and over for our misdeeds. Of course it is our own choice whether consciously or subconsciously to continue to endure karmic patterns of suffering or to learn the lessons of love and forgiveness which our higher self is trying to teach us.
THE FINAL STEP: SELF FORGIVENESS
The final step in the process is to move toward self forgiveness. This may not be as easy as it sounds. Most people are harder on themselves than they are on others. The self-forgiveness process begins by asking the present self, “Do you forgive yourself for what you have done?” If the answer is no then the present self is encouraged to express aloud all of their rage against this perpetrator. Then they become the perpetrator and again express their remorse and the terrible circumstances that led them to pursue their acts. In time, this dialogue eventually leads to self-forgiveness. This step is a critical part of recovery.
Although the mechanisms behind the changing of ones karmic patterns may be difficult to trace without belief in some form of divine justice, the dramatic results demonstrate its efficacy. Poverty can turn into opportunity; abusive relationships are replaced by a safe and loving family.
