CONQUEING SUGAR BLUES WITH HYPNOSIS
I have been a sugar addict since I was two years old wanting birthday cake and asking for more and different flavors for the next year. while eating the current cake. It has been a roller coaster of love and hate ever since.
Sugar treats were few and a real treat. This led to all the time desserts which then became compulsive eating. I gained and lost weight over 30 years and all succumbing to wanting sugar and lots of it. I would diet and diet again and again and again.
Sometimes I would keep the weight off for years but then something would happen and I would get kicked off my center until I had no idea where my center was.
Working with David in the Alchemical process I now walk by brownies and ice cream and caramels and have no temptation. Sweets have been sitting in my apartment for weeks and not flinch towards them. I used to walk by and pace and negotiate and play games to get the sugar.
Working with my inner and outer guides - one of them is my father I have learned to substitute the bad excessive sweets for love and fun and a stronger relationship with my father who passed away that is not crowed or laced with sugar. Pathways are clear for love. The addiction is mostly gone within a month of working with David.
The Alchemy Institute is a miracle sent to us from our spirit guides inside and out.
