How to Use These Journeys
These powerful journeys assist you in contacting the inner resources you need to heal your habits, your body, and your life. Because they require trance, they should never be listened to while driving or performing daily tasks. Instead you need to relax on a chair or in bed, with a notebook and pen next to you so you can write down the messages received as soon as you awaken. Ideally these journeys should be an adjunct to alchemy sessions with a trained professional to reinforce the work you are doing. If a trained professional is not available it is important to listen to this journey many times. At first you may doze off. Keep listening. Repetition of the journey will bring results. Also, there are many suggestions and instructions on each journey. One comment we get is that there are too many instructions to follow them all. Actually that is the way the journeys are designed, so that multiple reviews bring multiple levels of insight. Not all suggestions will be relevant to you in the first round. Feel free to ignore any instructions which don't grab you at any one time through. In a later listening, it may be this precise element which proves to be most significant. If repeated listening does not bring results, a professional session may be necessary to unblock the subconscious resistance you are experiencing. Good luck on your journey!
