With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility.
Learning from Dr. Strange
I refused to get up when my guides called in at 6 AM On October 10th, 2017,as the Tubbs fire was raging across Northern Santa Rosa and was spreading into my neighborhood. I said "why is this MY job?", but by 9 AM they had me up on a ridge above Spring lake in order to perform a ceremony (the surface of the lake magnifies the energies of the "Golden Egg" needed for this exercise). After half an hour of dance and prayer, the winds had shifted and the fire was mostly blowing back on itself. Much of the city was saved but not Coffee Park.
It was only after the Glass fire, three years and two firestorm later, that I realized that some people have a job to do. when I stood and danced with the flames above lake Ralphine the fires were again stopped in my neighborhood.
And for some, like my hero Dr. Strange of Marvel comics,(the world's greatest sorcerer), humanity must be saved from itself in darkness and in silence, without ever being honored or even acknowledged for their struggles.
It's a job. My job too. And I've known about this power for over fifty years ever since I had to explain to fellow students at Duke University that I had no rain gear because it just never rained on me. A downpour outside? It will stop when I get outside. Fellow students were mostly skeptical. But I could easily prove it.
I knew somehow that this was connected to the call of the 3 owls that summoned me in 1970. But it took years for me to learn that with great power comes great responsibility. Some people have a job to do. Thank you Dr. Strange For showing me how it's done.
